We decided to go with Fashione as our Epos provider in August 2012. We met with other epos companies before finally deciding on Fashione. We had a package tailor made which suited with our particular requirements as a boutique. The system is fully integrated with our e-commerce website ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained, an important aspect for any multichannel boutique.
We received full training and found the system easy to operate and the integration went smoothly. We quickly went from a manual system to an E-system, saving us not only time but money as a business.
The Fashione system is extremely user friendly and quick to operate. When our new products are delivered it’s a matter of minutes rather than hours before they are in the system and on the shop floor. The reporting module has been particularly helpful, especially when looking at brand sales, which in turn helps us with our buying for the following season. The till point is also more efficient improving the overall customer experience.
The customer service from the support team at Fashione has always been first rate, any queries we’ve had have been resolved almost immediately.
