We had spent a year or so thinking about investing in an Epos system for our shop and website. We approached several companies but found the cost prohibitive, then we found Mode Retail. They were extremely helpful and designed a system that did everything we wanted, including the integration with our website and at a price that was affordable. They came out to the shop and explained everything to us, then installed the system and demonstrated it fully.
The system has been really easy to use, but in the early stages we did need to ask a lot of questions as we had never used an Epos system before. The guys at Mode Retail were endlessly patient, even though some of our questions must have seemed very obvious.
We feel that we made the right choice to go with Mode Retail. We have an excellent system that works well, includes website integration and all at a fraction of the price that we could have paid with other companies.
