Free email support
Fashione provides email support for all of our products free of charge. You can email our support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can report any issues or problems that you might encounter or ask for advice if you are not sure about something, our team will deal with the issues efficiently & promptly.
All new hardware devices from computers to barcode scanners supplied by Mode Retail as part of a Solution carries a twelve month manufacturers return to base guarantee.
Optional hardware cover can be provided to minimise any potential solution downtime caused by unexpected hardware failure.
Hardware maintenance contracts provide on-site call outs with either four or eight hour response and fix times.
When you have a hardware issue, you can contact our help desk who will attempt to resolve the issue over the phone. If the problem requires a call out then an engineer, will attend site and attempt to fix the problem, if the device cannot be repaired on site then the faulty device would be replaced.
Software warranty and support
All purchased Fashione solutions include software warranty and technical support. This is provided as hand holding assistance with the implementation of the system and after-care support, ranging from 4 6 weeks commencing from go live date.
After the inclusive support period has ended the license holder is eligible for various continual support options from free email support to PAYGO or Assurance Policy in the form of a maintenance and support agreement for both hardware and software if required.
Pay as you go support
You do not have to be tied to a support subscription every year, our software has already proved to be stable and easy to use.
PAYG support means you only have to pay when you need our help resolving a problem. In this day and age, retailers already know the basics of computing and are better prepared to resolve simple problems themselves.
