Customer Accounts

The customer accounts report that shows customers’ accounts information such as total, paid and due. This can also be broken down into the products they have put on to account.

This report lists customers who have spent in the date range selected. Showing last visit, visits, units, spent, discount, margin and loyalty. You can view the items a customer has purchased by using the arrows at the side of there name.

Customer Label Address 21PS

This report displays customer information as address labels. The template is 21 per sheet.

Customer Layovers

The customer layovers report that shows customer’s layover information such as total, paid and due. This can also be broken down into the products they have put on to layover.

Customer Orders

The customer orders report that shows customer’s order information such as Total, Paid and Due. This can also be broken down into the products they have put on to customer order.

Customer Spending

Customer spending is a report that shows totals that customers have spent. You can change the order of the report by using the arrows at the top. This report includes name, last visit, visits, units, spent, discount, margin, loyalty, town/city, mobile and email.

Total sales broken down by staff, that can be grouped by date, month, year and week no. Includes sales, discount, net sales, VAT paid, cost, profit, margin and units.

This is the same as the customer spending report, but with more extra information such as address and other customer data.

Branch Comparison by Group

By brand, category, or season you can compare this week to last years week, current month to last years month and this year to the previous year.

Department Sales Summary

Sales data grouped by category and department for stock items and none stock items. Includes sales, discount, net Sales, VAT paid cost, profit, margin and units.

Hourly Sales

Number of units sold with total sales displayed by the hour, Monday – Sunday.

Overall Sales Comparison
