When do we collect personal data about you?

  • When you are using our products.

Fashion EPOS Solutions Ltd does not collect any special categories of personal data, such as public unique identifiers or sensitive personal data.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your personal data only as is legally required and while you are customer. If you are no longer a customer, we will retain the information for a reasonable period since your last communication with us.

When the personal data is no longer required it will be erased in a secure manner.

Fashion EPOS Solutions and Your Fashione EPOS System Data

To assist with your support queries, there are times where we will have to access your customer data to provide a resolution to support queries.

Your software support includes data backups that are stored securely for up to thirty days. These can be accessed only by the support and development teams. For example, a support query may require a member of staff to use a back up to investigate in more detail.

Your system data could be used for demonstration, training, testing and development purposes. Before it is used any personal data, will be anonymised.
