We are now offering thirty day backup retention for our all hosted Fashione customers.
Over the last month, our support team engineers, have been testing backups with Amazon S3 cloud storage.
Our current backup system uses the file transfer protocol (FTP), which is simple, although it lacks modern features and scalability. We now feel this infrastructure needs to be updated to support our existing and growing customer base.
Once we are happy with the new backup system, we will roll it out to our offline customers, over the next few months.
