Most of our competitors in the EPOS industry, charge separately for support and software updates or annual licensing. We feel this is unfair, so our policy is to include these as part of the software support subscription, to provide customers value for money as well as other benefits.
Fashione release three to four major updates each year, to keep your system up to date. These updates are rolled out by our technical support team, when convenient for you, to minimise downtime and disruption to your business.
