This built in sell through program, is the legacy version that was from our previous system. There is a new sell through report, in the report suite.
Sell through is the percentage of goods sold verses what have been delivered. For example if you sold 50 units of a certain brand in SS24, but ordered and delivered in 100 units, the sell through percentage would be 50%.
Running Sell Through
Set your filters, and press view 
.
On advance search, fill in your advanced filters, and press ok. Please note you need to put season in again on the advance search. This is because Fashione has order season and product season.
Table View
Based on the filters selected:
| Order Qty and Cost | Totals from the orders. |
| Del Qty and Cost | Totals from the delivery’s of the orders. |
| OS Qty and Cost | This is just a calculation based on what orders haven’t been delivered. |
| Sold Qty and Cost | What has been sold. |
| Sell Thur | Sell Through Percentage of Sold Qty divided by Delivery Qty. |
| Sell Thur Cost | Sell Through Percentage of Sold Cost divided by Delivery Cost |
| RTS Qty and Cost | Totals of supplier returns |
| Write Qty and Cost | Totals of write offs |
| Avail Qty and Cost | A calculation of delivered minus sold, supplier returns and write offs. |
Filters
| Sell Through By | This is how you want your sell through to be displayed . |
| Branch | View all branches or filter by branch. |
| Season | The season you want to filter the sell through by. |
| Sales Start and End | The sales date range you want the sell through report to use. |
| Orders From | The date range of where you want the orders to start from. |
| Include Discounts | Includes discounted sales. |
| Only Ordered Items | Will exclude any items that have not been put on order. |

View Overall All Brand Sell Through by Season.
Sell Through By: Brand Label
Order Period: SS24
Branch: Select Branch (Keep clear for all branches)
Press View, Advance Search: Type in SS24, in season.
This will display all brand orders for SS24 and all sale data for SS24 products.
This is grouped by brand.
View Department Sells Through, for One Brand, in a certain Season
Sell Through By: Department
Order Period: SS24
Branch: Select Branch (Keep clear for all branches)
Press View, Advance Search: Type in SS24, in season. Type Brand Name in Brand.
This will display all departments for brand name in SS24.
This is grouped by department.
View Styles Sell Through for One Brand, in a certain Season.
Sell Through By: Style
Order Period: SS24
Branch: Select Branch (Keep clear for all branches)
Press View, Advance Search: Type in SS24, in season. Type Brand Name in Brand.
This will display styles sell through for brand name in SS24.
This is grouped by style.
View All Seasons Sell Through, for one Brand.
Sell Through By: Season
Order Period: Select All.
Branch: Select Branch (Keep clear for all branches)
Press View, Advance Search: Type Brand Name in Brand.
This will display every season’s sell through for this brand.
