Price manager is where you can change prices in bulk.
Press search 
and enter your search range. You can now select from the list using the tick boxes.
The top tick box will select all or deselect all.
For example, you want to add £1 to all the retail prices:
- Select the first retail column.
- In price enter 1.00.
- On the drop-down selection, select Add.
- Pressing the tick
will now add £1 to every retail price.
In the drop-down selection there is Add, Subtract, Add %, Subtract %.
There are more price options on the right click menu. To bring up the right click options, just right click on the grid.
You can round prices. Select the first column of the price column you wish to round, then right click. Select prices.
- Round up to zero
- Round up to 5.00
- Round up to 9.00
- Round to .99
- Round to .95
- Round down to 0
This will round the full column selected.
Alternatively, you can update the prices individually. The price manager screen shows the items by size, to set the price by style or colour, right click and press copy to style/colour.
Copy to all, will copy the current select row to all the prices. You can copy all by cost, retail, second price and wholesale price.
Press save 
when you have finished your price changes.
