Under Set Up, staff and security are where you can manage staff members and their security levels.
Its important for each staff member to have their own user account. When a user is logged in, it will record what the user has done.
For example:
If a user does a return on the till, this will record that this return was done by the user.
If a user adjusts a stock level, it will record which user adjusted the stock level.
Adding a Staff Account
In Staff, Start by Pressing Add 
.
Enter the staff members first name and surname.
Enter a Display Name. This prints as served by on the receipts.
Select their security group.
Enter a username and password for POS.
We would recommend using numbers only.
Example:
Username: 2
Password: 5213
Your POS user will work on Fashione Office, but just not on web reports.
For the Office password, we would recommend only setting this up if the staff member requires access to online reports. Use an email address as the username and a secure password over 8 digits.
On the other tab, there are some additional staff features.
Discount: Their staff discount rate.
Max Discount: Maximum discount they can give at the till.
Active: If this is unticked the user account will not be active.
Press save 
to create the staff account.
Security
Fashione has two default security groups. Owner and Cashier.
You can add more security groups by pressing add. Give the new security group a name and press ok.
The security levels are split in to two groups, office and pos.
Select the security group you wish to review and then work down the list.
Enable by ticking the box.
To disable, untick the box.
You can move over to the POS tab without having to press save.
To select them all, use the green tick 
.
To deselect all, use the red x 
.
When you have finished, press save .
You can only edit one security group at a time. There are lots of security levels, if you wish to know more about a certain security level, please contact our support desk.
