Introduction
When you first connect your Fashione system to your website through one of our integrations, our support team should have discussed what initial products you want to set to ‘website yes‘ so that your initial products can be created on your website.
From now on, you must set your products to ‘website yes‘. You can do this in several ways on Fashione Office.
Setting Products
Styles File
When creating an item in Style File, there is a website field.
Setting this to yes will set the product in that colourway to ‘website yes’, meaning the product will be created on your website shortly. You will need to set this for each colourway.
This is based on your website’s product creation settings. The default settings on website product creation, creates products regardless of their stock levels.
If your integration settings are set to create products only when they are in stock, the products will not be created on the website until they receive stock.
Web Products
Instead of setting products’ website flags one by one in style file, you can set multiple items’ website flags in web products.
Again, this is based on your product creation settings.
By Brand
You can set brands to have default website settings.
In Set Up – Settings – Products – Brands, you can set a brand to website yes.
This setting then comes into effect when using Style file. When selecting a brand that has been enabled to yes, the website field will automatically change to ‘Yes’.
You can overwrite this by changing the field after.
Please note: Setting a brand to website yes here does not enable any existing products for the website. You will need to do this in web products.
Multiple Websites
If you have multiple integrated websites, styles file will have a website tab visible. This is where you can control the product’s website flags for multiple websites.
This tab lets you view all website flags for multiple sites.
To change the website flags, double-click the grid to change it from no to yes. Press save
.
Fashione can support up to three integrated websites.
