Introduction
This is where you can export your customers information.
This will save to your device as a CSV file, for you then to import into your chosen marketing software.
Exporting Customer Information
This example is to export all customer email addresses , whether they have purchase data or not:
- Press Search
. - Tick Has Email Address, Press Ok.
- On the Advance Search, Press X.
- This will now load all the customers with an email address on the screen.
- Press Export to save the list to your device

This example is to export customer email addresses, who have purchase data.
- Click Search .
- Tick Has Email Address, Press Ok.
- On the Advance Search, Press Ok.
- This will now load all the customers with an email address on the screen.
- Press Export to save the list to your device .
The difference is Pressing X on advance search, doesn’t link the search to customer purchase history.
Pressing OK, or adding a filter in advance search, links the search to customers purchase history.
Marketing Consent
On the customer search screen, you can filter results by marketing consents. This is so you can export the correct data for marketing.
When you collect customer information, in order to market to them, you must ask there permission as part of GDPR.
Editing Customers
You can make changes to customer details from this screen, by highlighting a customer and pressing edit
