Introduction
Fashione has two types of card that can be used.
Customer Cards:
Instead of searching your customer at the till, you can scan there customer card to bring up there profile. This can also be branded as a loyalty cards.
Gift Cards:
Instead of using the default paper gift vouchers, you can use your own branded gift cards. This feature can be enabled by contacting the support team.
These cards require certain specifications.
Card Specifications
Gift Card
- All cards must be prefixed with GC.
- Minimum card number length of eight digits.
- All card numbers need to be unique.
Please Note:
- Enabling gift cards will not affect any paper gift vouchers that are still valid. These can still be used.
- The software does not change to say Gift Card, it will still display as Gift Voucher.
- You must remember to keep well stocked on gift cards, as gift cards can not be disabled once enabled.
Customer Tracking & Loyalty Card
- Requires a 10 digit barcode, that cannot start with a Zero.
- Each card number has to be unique.
- Barcode code 39 works with Fashione. If you require another barcode code make sure you get sent a test card to check it works.
