A detailed report summarising issued, redeemed, and outstanding amounts for gift vouchers/cards and credit notes. The report then breaks down each voucher, displaying details such as Expiry, Redeemed, Redeemed Date, Redeemed Branch, and Customer.
Summary

The figures on the Credit Note and Gift Vouchers summary work as follows:
Issued: All credits noted issued between the start and end date, based on the issued date.
Redeemed: All credit notes redeemed, between start and end date, based on the redeemed date.
Outstanding: Is a calculation of Issued – Redeemed.

The figures on the Gift Card summary work as follows:
Issued on POS: Gift Cards sold on POS, between start and end date, based on transaction date.
Issued Manually: Gift Cards created in the Fashion office, based on the issued date.
Redeemed: Gift Cards used on POS, between start and end date, based on payment date.
Outstanding: Is a calculation of Issued – Redeemed.
Papermoney Breakdown

The breakdown is grouped by branch; the example above shows two shops, shop 1 and shop 2.
Credit Notes will be listed first, then gift vouchers. If you use gift cards instead of gift vouchers it will say Gift Cards.
Gift cards never show as redeemed; they will just show a £0 balance if fully used, as gift cards can be reused.
